It's good for you and it makes you really full. This is especially good for people who are missing fiber in their diet. However, I'm not sure why people are saying it tastes good... it tastes almost like nothing. It's kind of like plain oats, so you should add honey or fruits if you want flavor. I'll probably order it again nonetheless because it's really good for a quick and filling breakfast.
