To ensure product freshness, all ROYCE items are ordered directly from the manufacturer after you place your order. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.

Storage Recommendation: Upon receipt, we suggest refrigerating the chocolate for one day before consuming to maintain optimal quality.

Returns & Refunds: We do not accept returns or refunds due to chocolate melting, delivery delays, or products nearing their best-before dates. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

ROYCE chocolates have a short shelf life of approximately three weeks from the manufacturing date. Due to international shipping times, products may arrive close to their best-before dates.
