We've enjoyed this a few times, but first time to order myself and opportunity to review it. #1, this being third time I'd say pretty solid product and quality. Generally use it for beef Sukiyaki. So here's to address some of the issues raised by other reviews. #2, yes there is some variability. But this is implied by the cut of beet, which similar to a brisket, will vary the amount of fat to meat, depending where you are in the cut. Perhaps they address this later re flat vs. point cut, etc. #3, yes there is fat, but that's the point. #4, it is thinly cut and you will want to be careful to separate each slice. Bottom line - the product is tasty, tender and flavorful. Together with other fresh veggies from Weee, it was delicious Sukiyaki at about 1/4 what we might spend for same or inferior meal dining out. So I will order again

This is the color of the beef, no red. Still edible? Not recommend

Good for hot pot

This meat is terrible. Do not recommend buying and I regret buying 2 packs of this. The meat is no longer in slices and kind of just breaks apart into mush. No way I can use it for hot pot. For Use in dishes where ground beef can be used
