Makes a delicious jjajangmen/ zha jiang mian. I chose this brand over others because it cleaner ingredients without many chemicals and preservatives.

This is my first time using this black bean sauce to make Taiwan style fried fish with black bean sauce. It’s my made-up flavor so I am not sure about I use the black bean properly. But it turned out to be my family favorite!
