B. Airfreight is estimated to take approximately 5-10 business days for delivery. If customers fail to collect their package due to personal reasons, the logistics company will retain it for 10 days, after which it will be disposed of.

C. For products shipped across long distances, please check for transportation damage before signing for delivery. Occasionally, delays in transportation may occur due to customs inspections by the United States or Canada. There may also be cases where customers need to pay customs duties after an inspection. Recipients and purchasers who receive electronic emails or SMS notifications from international courier companies regarding parcel delivery information and subsequently choose self-selected delivery service (ODD), resulting in parcel loss or fraudulent collection by others, will be responsible for the loss.
