About Ramen:
This instant dry noodle features a concentrated flavor of Hinai chicken, with the chicken white soup base being the key element. The noodles are also carefully selected, using freshly made and aged dried noodles, resulting in a smooth, firm, and thin straight noodle. The miso used is brewed in Akita Prefecture, enhancing the richness of the Hinai chicken flavor. The combination of Akita miso and Hinai chicken umami creates a delicious dish.

Ingredients:
Noodles (wheat flour, egg whites, salt, wheat gluten), miso, animal fats, sugar, salt, Hinai chicken bone broth, chicken extract, garlic oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, onion powder, garlic, hydrolyzed protein, bonito extract, doubanjiang (fermented bean paste), dried fish powder, spices/seasonings (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, caramel coloring, antioxidants (vitamin E), (contains wheat, soy, chicken, pork).
How to cook:
The boiling time for the noodles and the strength of the soup are guidelines, so adjust them according to your taste.
1.Add 550cc of water to a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the noodles and cook for about 4 minutes. (After 2-3 minutes, gently stir with chopsticks to prevent the noodles from sticking together.)
2.Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat and add the soup base, stirring well. For extra flavor, you can add toppings like bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, chashu, or optional green onion oil for an even tastier dish.
