The Qin Dynasty was not the first to produce Xi Feng Jiu; production has been ongoing for over 3,000 years. At least three years of aging is required before bottling and blending. This spirit is made using a barley and pea starter and distilled from sorghum.
Green apple, wet grass, and earthy notes are present in the nose. Taste nodes of granny smith apple and fresh cut grass with a sweet finish.
