Malaobiao rice noodles were founded in 1998 by Yunnan Tianfang Food Co., Ltd. The headquarters is located in Tonghai County, Yuxi City. It is an enterprise engaged in the research, development, production and sales of halal food.
Production Process
• High-quality Ingredients Selection: High-quality rice from the plateau is carefully selected as the raw material, ensuring the pure taste and rich nutrition of the rice noodles.
• Combination of Tradition and Modernity: Through traditional processes such as washing rice, grinding into a pulp, and high-temperature molding, it has also innovatively created a "steaming-drying" process.
