I really wanted to like this, but I could not finish this. As some other people mentioned, it has a very unnatural and almost chemically scent and texture to it. I boiled it for about 6-7 minutes, which is usually long for potato noodles, yet the noodles still barely became transparent. They felt soft to the touch when I fished a piece out of the pot, but in my soup later on, it didn't feel thoroughly cooked through. Even when chewing, it has a strange doughy yet rubbery texture and didn't taste like anything, almost as if it were made of something more akin to plastic. I ate a small portion of the noodles and don't feel sick or anything, so I'm not sure if I'm just being paranoid, but I'd rather not take my chances.

Don’t buy this noodle
I cooked 45 minutes still taste like rubber band is plastic I have to throw it out
