Wow, so happy that we gave this a try! We love authentic Szechuan dishes but haven’t found any restaurants in our area serving them the last few years. This hotpot in a package delivered! It has that Szechuan’s numbing taste that we crave so much. I added some fresh veggies and proteins. But it’s fine if you don’t. The package comes with noodles and real veggies like lotus root, bamboo shoots, etc. If you can’t take the heat, don’t put the whole package of ground peppers in. Will definitely buy again.

I regret that I only bought one! If you like mala but can't tolerate spiciness, it is the one for you!
