Shine Muscat is popular for its large grape size, strong sweetness, and refreshing, sweet scent.
It can be eaten with the skin on, and the flesh is moderately firm, crunchy, and soft without being too watery or tough. Shine Muscat is sometimes referred to as 'mango grapes'.
The newly developed Ginseng Shine Muscat is a new variety grown using ginseng-containing fertilizer and contains 2.81 mg of saponin per 1g of grapes (Certificate attached below). In addition, Shine Muscat is rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, and vitamin B6, so it boosts immunity, is good for skin care, helps prevent colds, and helps blood clotting and strengthening bones.
It also contains magnesium, iron, potassium, etc., so it is effective for anemia. The high content of polyphenols helps prevent heart and blood vessel diseases. Shine Muscat contains about 55-60 calories per 100 grams.
