Chocola BB Repair Shot  acts directly on the affected area through dual actions of disinfection and
mucosal repair. It is a convenient, easy-to-carry spraywith a cap that can be used without getting hands dirty.

Spray an appropriate amount to the affected area several times a day.


Precautions for Dosage and Administration
1. Follow directions for dosage and administration.
2. When allowing children to use the medicine, a guardian must be present to watch and tell them how to use it.
3. Use only as a spray onto the affected area in the mouth or throat. Do not ingest.
4. If you inhale while applying, the medication may enter the bronchial tubes or lungs. Therefore, when applying
it to the throat, aim the nozzle at the affected area and spray while exhaling or vocalizing.
5. Avoid contact with eyes. In the case that the medicine comes into contact with eyes, immediately rinse eyes
with cold or lukewarm water, and immediately see an ophthalmologist for medical treatment.


How to use the spray
Remove the cap, bring the bottle to your mouth, direct the nozzle to the affected area, and press down on the
pump head to spray.
* When using for the first time, press the pump head repeatedly until the medication comes out.
* When pressing the pump head, press it down firmly and completely, not part way.
* Use several times a day, spraying 1 to 3 times on each application

100 mL contains the following ingredients.

Azulene sulfonate sodium hydrate    20 mg               Repairs mucous membrane, promoting healing of the  affected area.
Cetylpyridinium chloride monohydrate 300 mg         Disinfects the affected part.


Inactive Ingredients
Benzyl benzoate, ethanol, glycerin, sodium saccharin, D-sorbitol, propylene glycol, beeswax, L-menthol, dibasic
sodium phosphate, flavor, or, sodium dihydrogen phosphate

 

When not to use the product

Do not take this medicine for a long time.

Precautions for Storage and Handling
1. Store with the cap on in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
2. Strong pressure applied to the sides of the bottle may result in fluid leakage.
3. Keep out of reach of children.
4. Do not transfer to a different container. (It may lead to misuse or alter the quality.)
5. If the medication gets onto clothing, wash immediately with water and/or detergent.
6. Do not take medicine that has exceeded its expiration date
