Beef Rib Finger Meat, Boneless 3 lb

I cooked caldereta, it’s a good kind of beef.

I have ordered wagyu rib finger before and they were quite good. I ordered 3 lbs rib finger meat and they just weren't good, about half of them were fat. There was even a big piece of bone in the package. I spent good length of time to trim them and ended up paying $20 per pound for trimmed beef rib finger.

Looks a little bit too red and hopefully it will taste good
