This thin sliced Ribeye is such a good quality and extremely fresh😍 Love the vibrant color. It is perfect for PHO. The texture is definitely delicate, and it can easily be broken apart if you're not careful. But I love it when I use it for PHO. Super tender and super fresh! I'd definitely buy it again when it goes on sale.
