Warranty policy
What is Buydeem's warranty policy?

We provide a 1-year limited warranty for all Buydeem products.

After checking and accepting the warranty service, Buydeem will repair, replace or refund the item to the customer. It is valid for products used in the United States or Canada. If the product is not in these countries, the warranty will no longer apply. Please note that the Buydeem limited warranty only applies to the original purchaser.

What conditions are not covered by the warranty?

Damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, and normal wear and tear of the product are not covered by the warranty.

Any use beyond the operating instructions is not covered by the warranty. We are not responsible for damage caused by commercial use, improper assembly, failure to provide maintenance, flood, fire, disassembly, falling, etc. In addition, any modification, repair or addition of parts that are not authorized by Buydeem is invalid. We have the right to review and reject the limited warranty request.
