This barley package arrived cut and opened, causing the barley to spill everywhere.

This is smaller and easy to cook. I cooked with beancurd skin, eggs, gingko nuts, and yellow rock sugar. This is my second order but it is more expensive than my previous order.

This is delicious just add milk for a snack or want to lose some weight a very healthy choice
