FOODIE's tteokgalbi is a replica of the secret recipe from the Songjeong region, the home of Namdo tteokgalbi. Fresh beef, pork, and various vegetables were carefully selected, finely chopped with great care by my mother, and then made into bite-sized pieces. Experience the true taste of juicy traditional Korean tteokgalbi that can be enjoyed by all generations, from children to adults.
[ Cooking Instructions ]
1. Easy cooking in microwave 1) Place frozen patties in a microwave-safe container and cover with a lid or wrap. 2) Cook in the microwave (1,000W) for about 1 minute or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F or higher. 3) Serve on an appropriate plate and enjoy.
2. Pan frying cooking 1) Defrost the frozen patties sufficiently. (40 minutes or more at room temperature) 2) Lightly add oil to a frying pan and preheat it over medium heat. 3) Place the sufficiently thawed patties on the frying pan, close the lid, and cook for about 8 minutes, turning the patties every 2 minutes to prevent them from burning, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F or higher. 4) Serve on an appropriate plate and enjoy.
