So happy these are available to purchase from Wee! Purchased two different brands and would recommend this one because they are a little bigger than the other brand. Do keep in mind you will have to shuck these and it’s a lot of work! They do not come on the half shell like the ones from my usually Korean market. In any case, it came out delicious - made komak bibimbap!

I overcooked it a little bit. I cooked in hot water for 30 sec but actually should be only 10 sec because it is already cooked so you just have to warm it up. I dipped with house-made spicy sauce which was super tasty.
