They were not kidding when they call these "mini," as they're very small-about the size of a microwaveable chef boyardee pasta cup. The quantity is definitely small, so it can't serve as a meal on its own and is more like a snack. I ate two different flavored cups at once, and was still not full. This would be good for late night snacks, since you won't get too full from it. The flavor is good and rich, like the Haidilao soup bases, and noodle quality is the type I like. It's not actually a rice noodle, but some sort of thin sweet potato noodle, similar to the Shizuren hot and sour vermicelli that is my #1 hot and sour instant noodle. I'm excited to try the rest of the flavors!
