Excellent for soup and noodles. I am not having starch at the moment. But added it to my tofu and seaweed soup.

Very convenient. Half the size and not as fresh tasting compared to the Japan Hokkaido frozen scallops. Understandable since it’s also half the price. Will re-purchase, especially when there is a discount.

Still haven’t tried, not sure best way to use it.

It's sweet and big scallop. Bought two bags when it was on sale

Instead of shrimp I used scallops for dumplings!!
