Huong Xua Banana Steam Cake Mix Powder – 8.8 oz (250g)

Make traditional Vietnamese steamed banana cake (bánh chuối hấp) quickly and easily with this ready-mix flour from Huong Xua. Just add ripe bananas, water, sugar, and steam for a deliciously soft and fragrant dessert.

Ingredients: Modified tapioca starch (E1420), wheat starch, potato starch, synthetic food color
 

 

Directions:

 

  1. Mix 250g flour with 450ml warm water, 100g sugar, and sliced ripe bananas.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Steam in molds or a tray for 20–30 minutes until set.
  4. Optional: serve with coconut milk topping and sesame seeds.

Net weight: 250g
 

 

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Seal after opening.

  2. Khuấy đều đến khi tan hoàn toàn.
  3. Cho vào khuôn hấp khoảng 20–30 phút đến khi bánh đông lại.
  4. Có thể rưới thêm nước cốt dừa và mè rang khi ăn.

Bảo quản: Để nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát. Đóng kín sau khi mở bao bì.
