Jindo Dried Sea Tangle 500 g

What a big plate with kelp. I thought it would be tied one by one, but it was a large piece and I needed to handle the knotting process myself. The portion is quite big.

It was so thin that it seemed like a sheet of paper, so I couldn't use it for soup, but I made it into kelp pancakes and it was delicious.

I'm impressed that I can buy kelp of this quality in the US!

This is my first time buying some very large pieces of kelp. They should be perfect for making braised dishes.

Kelp is the best for making broth!

It is written that the kelp knot is flaky when opened, and it is quite clean. This does not matter, it is not very fishy.
