We had this in China at a night market and were happy to find weee sells these packs to make at home. It comes with sauce, brush, the noodle sheets, and even seasoning powder! Makes it so convenient when you just need to add eggs and whatever other fillings you want.

Package is great and goods are better.

$2.49 for 10 cold noodle sheets is an impeccable price. The sheets are on the smaller side but fit perfectly in any regular frying pan, and there’s plastic film in between every two sheets for easy separation. Noodles are sealed in vacuum wrapping for longevity, so make sure to freeze the rest if you can’t use all 10 in one setting.

Can’t wait to try it! I haven’t had the 烤冷面 since I was in Harbin!

Super good. DIY meal. Tastes like my home town! Very authentic flavor. Good to add vegetables too!
