Kichimi Seimen's "Curry noodles (92g noodles, 8g curry soup)" are traditional curry noodles that have been loved since 1956 (Showa 31), and their greatest feature is the unique manufacturing method of kneading curry powder into the noodles themselves. The noodles have a strong curry aroma, and each bite is filled with a deep umami and spicy flavor. The chewy, thin, straight noodles are smooth and easy to swallow, and go well with the special curry soup that comes with them. It's easy to cook, just fry the meat and vegetables in a pot, add water, bring to a boil, add the curry noodles and soup, and simmer for about 3 minutes. The soup is not too spicy and has a light spiciness, making it easy to eat. The noodles are made without using kansui (a method that uses no salt water) and contain curry powder, giving the noodles a rich flavor.
