Good quality, less fat

I haven't eaten it yet. It looks good. However, it would be perfect if I could divide the five pounds into smaller packages. I can't eat such a large portion at one time. It's really difficult to freeze them together.

羊頸圈比在super market買的大，貌似挺新鮮，但是明顯不夠5磅，分了兩袋秤了一下，共只有4磅多一點點....

包装很严谨，是真空。与其说是羊脊骨其实是羊脖子。除了没有皮，原来颈部的肉都在，所以每块联骨带肉很大。肥肉和血管没有处理掉。有点血的呼啦。但做过处理后不是问题，还是可以按羊蝎子的做法，做出来的肉没有问题，也很嫩。但是比较大的问题是缺斤短两。说是5磅但实际只有4磅多一点。看图片。
