These were really tender and were perfect for making lamb skewers! I cut one of the chunks into small cubes, threw them in a gallon ziploc to marinate. Skewered them up and grilled them...they were a perfect combination of tender meat and bits of fat. So good!

Air fried sliced lamb,
Marinated with cumin, black pepper, garlic, soy, blown sugar, red chili peppers..yum yum

Consistently good meat. There is some fat that needs to be trimmed but otherwise good for lamb skewers.
