The only restaurant with decent sisig is 35 minutes away. This with some shallots, chili, extra pork belly, lemon juice, topped with egg is perfection. Reordered multiple times while on sale.

The basic sisig taste comes through, but it is very salty. Also, if you microwave it, it’s very wet and gloppy. Perhaps if you heated it up on a cast iron skillet it might make it better texture wise? Not sure if I might try this again or look for another brand…

We enjoy the traditional Filipino flavor.
Affordable and easy to reheat. But we prefer to cook well, to make it crunchy and chewy. We just add minced onions and "siling pang Sinigang."
Smells delicious. Best with mayonnaise or calamansi. You will definitely enjoy the spicy flavor.
