I am not a matcha lover but this bread was delicious. I like that the matcha was not overpowering and the red bean was yummy. The pictures don’t show how much red bean is inside. I think it’s the way I sliced it. But there are lines on red beans throughout the bread. Bread was soft and moist, a little chewy texture which is nice.

This bread is as another Duke’s bread after reheating it has crispy outside and soft delicate inside. The filling is a lot and good as old fashion red beans filling, not too sweet and still has beans texture.
