I like it but it’s always delivered defrosted. Last one was even crashed to flat. It is issued by packaging. Every time I reported after delivery yet nothing is done. I may not order again although product is very good.

the custard is sweet and flavorful and the waffle has great texture

The mochi dough is soft/chewy and the cream is delicious. Will buy again.
