This fully cooked Beef Caldereta from Orient Gourmet is delicious. From frozen stage I just put it in a microwave safe dish, poked some holes on the plastic and microwaved it for 5 minutes. I took it to work today for my lunch.

Fork tender beef with potato and carrots not overly cooked.

It smells and tastes so good! I thawed it overnight in the fridge and heated it up in a pan. 2 thumbs up 👍😋❤️!
