This is the official ramen of Seoul, a collaboration between Seoul Metropolitan Government and Pulmuwon.
Made with fermented miso, stir-fried pork and onions, and garlic and cabbage, it's stir-fried four times in a 100-degree hot pot for a deep, rich roasted flavor.
The noodles are air-dried, not fried, and slowly dried in the wind.
The microscopic pores of the noodles allow the sauce to soak up the flavor.
Add a fried egg or sliced cucumber to your liking.

[How to cook]
1 Boil 600 ml of water, add the noodles, and boil for 4 minutes and 30 seconds.
2. Drain and discard 30 ml of water, then add the roasting soup and mix well.
