How to Prepare:

 

• Stir-Fried Namuls: Simply remove the sleeve and microwave on high for 2 minutes with the film on.  No need to thaw beforehand. SKYFARM’s Premium Ready-To-Eat set is designed to be cooked from a frozen state.

 

Ingredients: 

 

• Stir-Fried Bellflower Roots Namul (Doraji Namul): Bellflower roots, crushed garlic, green onion, canola oil, anchovy stock, sesame seed powder, sugar, sea salt, sesame oil

 

Please put them in the freezer immediately upon receipt and keep them frozen until ready to consume.  Please note that it is natural to be slightly thawed while in transit. It is ok to refreeze and consume later.
