The noodles are very big; it takes long to cook it but it tastes good. Perfect for sichuan stir fried hot pot

Soaked in the hot water for almost a whole day and tried to cook one slice in my hot meatballs cabbage soup to see if it was ok to eat, but it was hard like a rubber then I took a little piece to burn it on the stove, it was hardly to burnt. There must be something wrong in this sweet potato thread. I have thrown away the whole batch and will never buy it again! It’s not safe to eat it.

Another reviewer suggested soaking until the noodle turns white. We took this advice and they cooked very nicely.

Waste of money. Tasteless and texture is like rubber after cooking for over 30 min. Couldn't even chew it so gave up and threw it out.

The package says it takes 8 minutes to cook. I used about 30 minutes to cook. It’s chewy and quite rubbery. Not my kind of noodles.
