The product details of this product said quiet operations and no filtration needed. However, that’s false advertisement! As you can see from the first photo, I had to manually filter out the bean dregs. The item also operates with lots of noise during automatic 8-hour timer mode and woke me up from sleep in the morning. I contacted the seller and he refused to issue a full refund. He also replied all soy milk machines come with bean dregs in the market anyway. What an irresponsible seller. Absolute nightmare! Bad customer service. DO NOT BUY!!!!
