There is no shelf life or ingredient description on the package, so put it in the freezer to keep it fresh.

There is no added sugar in the ingredient list, but the steamed buns are quite sweet, especially the brown part. It is said to be whole wheat but the brown layer is more like a brown sugar steamed bun. After steaming the flower rolls layer by layer, you can tear them apart and eat them. The taste and texture are okay, but they are not the sugar-free steamed buns I imagined.
