UMMA SOHN BANCHAN (Mom's Recipe) Aged Kimchi Stew with beef is a hearty heat & serve frozen stew that is made with beef-rib finger and aged kimchi. 

Beef finger meat brings the taste of aged kimchi to another level. 

The meat broth made of beef bones and aged kimchi together gives it a well-harmonized savory sour and spicy taste. 

Each pack includes 2 servings. 

 

DIRECTIONS

 

  • Pour the entire pack of braises into a medium size pack. Cover with a lid and cook over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally and cook thoroughly. Serve and enjoy! Great with rice. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
  • Depending on the spiciness or intensity of the soup, you can add more water and boil it thoroughly before eating it.
