I would not recommend these chopsticks for reuse. They are very light weight. I that they were hollow. I dropped one out of the package and quickly found out they are lacquered wood. These are lighter than any other pair I own and the paint chipped off the dented wood from hitting the edge of a bamboo box when it fell from the package . For gentle use only I consider them disposable quality that you can hand wash. Very disappointed would rather pay $7 for one quality pair than this 10 pair set. Paint scraped off with thumbs nail when tested. Finish is very high gloss black which I like. The wood they use was dented (chipped paint) from a 1 meter fall into the edge of a bamboo box and is easily dented with a fingernail!
