Suggested Use:

1, Pour one sachet into a shaker or cup. (Make sure to empty the entire sachet.)

2, Add 100 mL of water, soy milk, or milk.

3, Shake well using a shaker (powder is very fine).

4, When using a cup, stir quickly to prevent clumping. Add ice for better taste.

5, Recommended intake: 1–2 sachets per day, at any time.

6, Can also be enjoyed warm using a microwave. (Separation may occur after heating but does not affect quality.)
