I used the spareribs to make Chinese Spareribs Claypot Rice. The ribs were very fresh and flavorful. It contained very little fat, just enough to keep the ribs tender and juicy, and to flavor the rice. The meat was moist and fall-off-the bone after just cooking for approximately 20 minutes in the claypot, and the juice from the ribs drips down to the rice and makes it so wonderfully delicious!
