Bought this meat cut to try out the Char Siu sauce from the previous purchase. The meat quality is good and not too much fat, just the right amount of fat and meat ratio for making Char Siu. It was so tasty and easy to make. The Char Siu with Hong Kong style Fried Egg and Bok Choy was a big hit.
It's better than eating it in Korea. I was surprised when I tried it.
It doesn't smell bad, and it looks like it was just baked at the store.

There are two thick pieces of plum meat and a small piece of plum meat. I cut the thick one into two pieces. For today, marinate with green onion, ginger, pepper and salt. The other large piece was also cut into two pieces, and the smaller pieces were also frozen. It's great for cooking...etc.
The meat is fresh and tender. The quality is very good.
