This is my favorite sweets and I ordered three times before. But this time the dough was hard and soy powder was wet, this was far from the past sweets I received. I am now hesitating to reorder this sweets.

Frozen - so definitely not made today. Not sure if it will be better after softening. It wasn't like this when I bought it before.
