This pig's trotter looks wrinkled. The skin is not crispy. It doesn't taste fresh. It feels like it's been there for at least a week. But the taste is okay. It's just that the skin and meat are separated. It doesn't feel fresh anymore.

I took two bites before taking a photo. The skin is very crispy and not greasy at all. It is packed in a plastic bag and is just right for eating with your hands.

All the meat on the pig's trotters has been removed, leaving only the skin and tendons. I will not repurchase.
