it is really tasty. I love it. I don't think It is for one person. unfortunately, only I can eat cake in the family. I hope they make a smaller one

I saw this online and did some research on WeeeI I read pandan, coconut and durian. Haven't eaten durian for ages, coconut and pandan in a dessert is the perfect combination. The pancake was pretty big, we were able to eat it in two sittings. The filling was pretty generous. First time we use microwave, we like using pan fry better (with melted butter and olive oil combo). Medium low fire and flip every few minutes until you smell the filling (it was heavenly) and the outside became soft, glistening. It tasted fantastic! I plan to buy again soon.

After 20 minutes in the air fryer at 350F, it is still undercooked and dry. Not good at all.

The cake is bigger than what I have thought. It’s very soft and nice texture.
