airfryed at 400°F for 25 minutes, skin was very crispy. Couldn't resist and ate the skin right away. Rest is delicious!

First time purchasing this pork knuckle product, upon opening the package, immediately you can see the hock full of long hard hairs, and the outer skin between toes was not completely cleaned/peeled off… so disgusting and unacceptable! For such expensive product, very disappointed and highly concerned about its preparation process and the business’s hygiene conditions!

First time buying this brand, have tried another that weee sells so hoping this is good too
