The flavor is okay. Not terrible but I’ll say it’s not the best jerky I’ve ever had. Not as tender as I’d like it to be.

It taste quite like ones you can get in Singapore, but on the spicier side. It lacks the charred taste, but I think popping it in the oven might do the trick
