I prefer this garlic lemon flavor to the sea/salt kelp flavor. I tried this one cold, since it's summer where I live. The noodles didn't stick together like they did in the kelp flavored one, even though I took them from the freezer. The funari needs to be rehydrated before use, but only takes a few minutes. I prepared a bottle of water in the freezer so that I would have cold water for the soup. The soup flavor is not bad-it's got a bit of a tang from the lemon, and has nice fragrance from the garlic. The regular price is kind of high, so I wouldn't purchase unless it's on sale. There are two servings total in the pack, and they can be prepared either hot or cold.
