You can never go wrong with mama sita seasoning! this is one of my favs - tocino!

My go to mix when we’re in the mood for tocinos!

太鹹太鹹太鹹太鹹了。

I mixed it with ground pork. It turned out well.

Followed the instructions and marinated for 8hrs in the fridge. Added 1 tsp of brown sugar upon frying for every 250g. It was soo good, taste and look is similar to store brought tocinos. This will now be a staple! Without the added sugar, taste and color is lacking.
