Finally! I found this Mee Chun Brand, an "Old School Favorite" that my mother ONLY used back in the days. I couldn't believe my eyes during this Shopping Trip with Weee! I can't wait to use it in all my Black Bean Sauce Recipes. But first, I'm going to open this vacuum package, then transfer the Black Beans into a clean jar (with a lid) and store in a cool place which will last a long time.
