This brand of ramen is so good. Texture of the noodles is bouncy and chewy. Make sure u follow the cooking instructions, not over cook the ramen noodles. Add an egg( soft boiled/ hard boiled/ sunny side up). I think toppings like bamboo shoot or scallions always bring out the flavors of the broth. Creamy but not too salty. Would order again if it’s on sale.
