About the AFURI
Our menu centers around our signature bowl of Yuzu Shio ramen; a light, delicate broth built upon a reduction made from local chicken, dry fish"niboshi" "katsuobushi", dry konbu seaweed, and vegetables to produce a layer of umami flavors, and hints of refreshing yuzu citrus.
Our kitchen uses the same techniques employed in our central kitchen at the foot of AFURI mountain.

Our premium ramen has burst on the land of Kanagawa, on the foothill of Mt. Afuri in 2001. Endorsed by this beautiful nature of Mt. Afuri, we prepare you the earthy bowl of Ramen with plenty of flavors, colours, and textures at play, using best quality ingredients from all over Japan. We hope you enjoy our mellow slick bowl for the soul.

About the Chi-yu
Chi-yu, as literally meaning of “Chicken Oil”, our Chi-yu is finely extracted from the highest quality’s Japanese whole chicken.
Please choose the amount of Chi-yu you like for your broth, blending with various seasonable vegetables and roots.

You can feel the richness and aroma of ramen.
Thicker mouthfeel soup with extra Chi-yu added to Tanrei.

About the Product
1. Noodles
Straight, non-fried noodles with whole wheat flour that are supple and crispy.
2. Soup
Golden soup based on chicken bones with the richness of chicken oil, the umami of seafood such as bonito and kelp, and the refreshing aroma of yuzu (Japanese citron).
3. Ingredients
Seared pork chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, green onions, and yuzu peel.

Shipment:
We ship worldwide.

Economy Shipment : Lowest priority. At least 3 weeks to arrive from the dispatching date, depending to your place. You cannot spot the date of arrival.
It often can take 4 weeks. Due to the pandemic, the mailing method is limited, so we can not attach a tracking service.

Returns:
Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not the item described.
